Guía Domingo es una serie de libros creada por Mundo Domingo con la intención de celebrar y enaltecer una de las más profundas pasiones que compartimos los mexicanos: los tacos. Se trata de un viaje a través de las taquerías que por su calidad y trayectoria –o simplemente por la genialidad con la que han logrado conjugar una tortilla con salsa y algo más–, trascienden dentro de una ciudad que, si algo tiene, son buenos tacos. La primera edición de la Guía Domingo lleva por nombre Por lejos, los mejores tacos CDMX y es el resultado de una curaduría e investigación realizadas por un grupo multidisciplinario de gente obsesionada por los tacos y que nace, literalmente, por amor al arte. Busca ser referente de las grandes taquerías de México, pero en el fondo también persigue un objetivo de mayor permanencia. Quien tenga el libro en sus manos, se dará cuenta de que esta publicación habita en un punto de encuentro entre la gastronomía, el arte, la fotografía y el diseño, producto de un genuino deseo por poner de manifiesto, no sólo el indiscutible valor de nuestros tacos, sino las distintas formas que encontramos los mexicanos para mostrarle al mundo cómo nos gusta hacer las cosas: con pasión, creatividad y mucha, mucha hambre.

Guía Domingo is a series of books created by Mundo Domingo with the intention of celebrating and extolling one of the deepest passions that Mexicans share: tacos. It is a journey through the taquerias that, due to their quality and history – or simply because of the genius with which they have managed to combine a tortilla with sauce and something else –, transcend within a city that, if there is anything, they are good. tacos. The first edition of the Domingo Guide is called By Far, the Best Tacos CDMX and is the result of curation and research carried out by a multidisciplinary group of people obsessed with tacos and born, literally, for the love of art. It seeks to be a benchmark for the great taquerias in Mexico, but deep down it also pursues a goal of greater permanence. Whoever has the book in their hands will realize that this publication lives at a meeting point between gastronomy, art, photography and design, the product of a genuine desire to highlight, not only the indisputable value of our tacos, but the different ways that we Mexicans find to show the world how we like to do things: with passion, creativity and very, very hungry.
